Maths for Learning Support

Join our one day half term “Maths for Learning Support” course and get paid to attend.
Choose between “Supporting Primary Maths”, “Supporting KS3 Maths” and “Supporting GCSE Maths”.
You’ll learn all about the Maths curriculum and come away confident to support learners to succeed in Maths.

We’ll deliver our “Maths for Learning Support” to a group of LSAs at your school during school inset days.
Choose between “Supporting Primary Maths”, “Supporting KS3 Maths” and “Supporting GCSE Maths”.
They’ll learn all about the Maths curriculum and come away confident to support learners to succeed in Maths.

Join our online “Maths for Learning Support” course once per week for 10 weeks or twice per week for 5 weeks. We’ll also reimburse your time.
Choose between “Supporting Primary Maths”, “Supporting KS3 Maths” and “Supporting GCSE Maths”.
You’ll learn all about the Maths curriculum and come away confident to support learners to succeed in Maths.
Qualifications & Certifications

Study Essential Skills Wales numeracy units with Maths for Adults Wales. Demonstrate to employers that you can handle numbers and improve your chances of getting the job you deserve.

Pursue a fully-funded GCSE Maths course (including exam entry fees) to unlock the next steps in your education and career journey.
Our GCSE Maths programmes include in person & online lessons, 1:1 tutoring sessions, on demand content & resources as well as student support.

Strong numeracy and Maths skills can support you with bills & budgeting, enable you to help your kids with Maths homework, and unlock opportunities for better jobs, higher wages and further study.
You’ll also gain confidence, meet new people and build community. -
It’s really up to you. Most of our courses (e.g. Maths for Parents & Carers and Personal Finance) are delivered over 6-10 sessions.
Some courses (e.g. GCSE Maths) are longer and include extensive student support opportunities. You also might be eligible for more than one course.
All of our courses include on demand content so they’re flexible enough to work with your busy life!

Our experienced tutors will help you overcome your Maths anxiety throughout the courses you engage with and help you on the road to becoming confident with numbers
Our courses are designed to be fun and engaging so that you avoid the feeling of being overwhelmed.
In many cases you won’t even realise you’re doing Maths at all!

That’s entirely up to you.
You can attend as few or as many courses as you like to enhance your skills and boost your confidence.
All people who complete an MfA Wales course will receive a verifiable certificate to demonstrate your progress.
If you want to pursue a formal externally accredited qualification, you’ll be supported to do so. We can support with Essential Skills Numeracy & GCSE Maths qualifications.
